    Dear Customer,

    Today’s maintenance work on a part of our web servers has been successfully completed. Unfortunately, the first phase took slightly longer than expected. To avoid exceeding the originally announced maintenance window, we have decided to carry out the remaining steps in a separate maintenance session.

    This concerns additional web servers as well as our Template Gallery.

    We are currently coordinating the new time slots internally and will inform you shortly once the new schedule has been determined.

    Dear Customer,

    On Tuesday, July 1, 2025, starting at 7:30 AM CEST, we will be carrying out scheduled maintenance on our network infrastructure. The purpose of this maintenance is to further enhance the stability, security, and future viability of our systems.

    Please note: This maintenance applies only to customers using CloudLabs Software Version 6 or earlier, as well as those working with our template gallery. The maintenance window will last approximately 1 hour. We expect an outage of a around 60 seconds during this time.

    Thanks to the redundancy mechanisms we have in place, we do not expect further disruptions. However, we would like to inform you as a precaution that, during maintenance work of this kind, minor performance fluctuations cannot be completely ruled out. Therefore, we kindly ask you to prepare for a potential downtime lasting up to the full duration of the maintenance window of 1 hour, purely as a precaution.

    This maintenance is an important part of our strategy to continue providing you with the highest level of availability and service quality in the future. We sincerely thank you for your understanding and your trust.
