On Tuesday, July 8, 2025, starting at 7:00 AM CEST, we will be performing scheduled maintenance on our network infrastructure. The purpose of this maintenance is to further improve the stability, security, and long-term performance of our systems.
Please note: This maintenance applies only to customers using CloudLab’s Software Version 6 or earlier, excluding systems that were already part of the July 1 maintenance.
The maintenance window will last approximately 1 hour. During this time, we expect a brief interruption of up to 5 minutes.
Thanks to the redundancy mechanisms we have in place, we do not expect further disruptions. However, as a precaution, please be aware that minor performance fluctuations may occur. Therefore, we kindly ask you to prepare for a possible downtime lasting up to the full duration of the maintenance window—purely as a precaution.
