Dear Customer,
we are writing to inform you about an upcoming scheduled maintenance that is crucial for ensuring the continued reliability and performance of our services. From July 21st, 2024 at 10:00AM July 22nd, 2024 at 06:00PM CEST, we will be performing general maintenance work on our Template Gallery.
Although our infrastructure is designed with redundancy to minimize disruptions, there will be a very short downtime of a few minutes to an hour. However, to rule out possible eventualities, you should be prepared for a maximum downtime of up to four hours.
We understand the inconvenience that any downtime can cause, and we assure you that our team will work diligently to complete the maintenance as swiftly and smoothly as possible. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
