    Dear customer,

    we would like to inform you about the current status of our server infrastructure and an upcoming emergency maintenance.

    1. Server Status: Following the recent outage, we conducted comprehensive monitoring and examination of our servers. We are pleased to report that no further irregularities have been observed since then. The stability and performance of our systems are once again fully in line with our high standards.

    2. Scheduled Emergency Maintenance: To ensure the continued reliability of our services, an essential maintenance operation is scheduled for this evening, Januar, 18th 2023, at 10:00 PM CET. This maintenance will involve replacing a core switch. There may be brief interruptions in service availability during this time. However, we do not anticipate a comprehensive service outage.

    We strive to complete the maintenance work as quickly and smoothly as possible to minimize any inconvenience to you. We thank you for your understanding and patience during these important maintenance efforts.

    our systems have been stable again since approx. 8:35 a.m., and following an intensive analysis, the cause of the error has now been identified and rectified.

    All services affected by the disruption/restriction are available again as usual.

    We are continuing to monitor the system very closely.

    at the moment, our technical department is still working on the fault clearance. Even if we do not yet have the final all-clear, while the majority of systems and services fully available again, we would like to inform you that the fault clearance is still being processed with the highest priority.

    our technical department has been able to identify the cause of the fault and is working on rectifying it. We can already see that the fault has been rectified in some areas. Nevertheless, some networks may still experience minor temporary restrictions.
