Scheduled Maintenance: Central Firewall Infrastructure

    Dear Customer,

    as previously described in our update at 01:44 AM (CET), we have successfully completed the maintenance work on our central firewall infrastructure. Since that time, all systems and network connectivity have been intensively monitored.

    As expected, no further interruptions or irregularities were detected during this active monitoring phase. The maintenance is now officially concluded, and all systems are fully available again, operating under optimized security standards.

    Dear Customer,

    the main maintenance work has now been successfully completed. We are currently performing active checks of the work carried out and finalizing configurations. Systems are already running as usual. While brief interruptions may still occur during these final tasks, this is not expected at this stage. We will provide a further update once the maintenance is officially concluded.

    Dear Customer,

    To further optimize the security of our network environment and align it with current technical standards, we will perform necessary maintenance on our central firewall infrastructure on March 9, 2026.

    This measure serves general system maintenance and the implementation of current security patches to support stable and up-to-date protection of the hosted systems.

    Maintenance Details:

    • Timeframe: Monday, March 9, 2026, 10:00 PM to Tuesday, March 10, 2026, approx. 06:00 AM (CET).

    • Impact: Temporary interruptions in network connectivity will occur during this timeframe. Affected servers will be temporarily inaccessible via the public internet.

    • Data Integrity: This maintenance exclusively affects network interfaces. Data stored on the servers remains unaffected.
