On Tuesday, July 1, 2025, starting at 7:30 AM CEST, we will be carrying out scheduled maintenance on our network infrastructure. The purpose of this maintenance is to further enhance the stability, security, and future viability of our systems.
Please note: This maintenance applies only to customers using CloudLabs Software Version 6 or earlier, as well as those working with our template gallery. The maintenance window will last approximately 1 hour. We expect an outage of a around 60 seconds during this time.
Thanks to the redundancy mechanisms we have in place, we do not expect further disruptions. However, we would like to inform you as a precaution that, during maintenance work of this kind, minor performance fluctuations cannot be completely ruled out. Therefore, we kindly ask you to prepare for a potential downtime lasting up to the full duration of the maintenance window of 1 hour, purely as a precaution.
