Dear customers,
The scheduled maintenance of our documentation platform has been successfully completed.
You can now access the updated documentation at the new URL: https://knowledge.cloudlab-solutions.com/
Please note: Due to DNS propagation, you may still see the old version of the documentation or experience temporary access issues. Unfortunately, we have no control over this routing behavior. In most cases, the new version will appear correctly on its own. Within 24 hours at the latest, the updated documentation should be available worldwide.
For now, access remains public. However, in the coming weeks, it will be limited to Help Desk users. If you do not yet have a Help Desk account, please contact our support team – we will be happy to assist you.

Dear customers,
on Monday, June 23, 2025 at 08:00 AM (CET), we will perform scheduled maintenance on our documentation platform at
https://documentation.cloudlab-solutions.com/.During this process, we will migrate our documentation to a new system. The updated platform will offer a powerful full-text search and a direct integration with our Help Desk, enabling you to create support tickets directly from within the documentation.
The maintenance is expected to take approximately one hour.
Please note: Due to DNS propagation, you may still see the old version of the documentation or temporarily be unable to access it. Unfortunately, we have no control over this routing behavior. In most cases, the new version will appear correctly on its own.
Within 24 hours at the latest, the new documentation should be correctly available worldwide.
Please note: After the migration, access will require a valid Help Desk account.
