We have successfully applied a fix for systems on Version 6 (v6) and newer, and they are now being monitored for stability.

For systems below Version 6, our investigation is still actively ongoing, but all environments appear to be accessible at this moment.

We are keeping a close eye on all systems and will provide another update shortly.

    Dear Customer,

ee will perform scheduled maintenance on the private network infrastructure of our cluster environment and expand our VPN access capacities on July 7, 2026.

This maintenance specifically addresses the internal, private routing within the cluster environment and updates to VPN access. These measures are designed to ensure the ongoing stability and enhanced performance of your connection.

    Maintenance Details:

    • Timeframe: Tuesday, July 7, 2026, 10:00 AM to approx. 11:00 AM (CEST).

    • Impact: We do not expect any service downtimes or issues. However, a brief, temporary interruption of VPN access may potentially occur. We kindly ask you to prepare your workflows for this possibility during the maintenance window.

    • Data Integrity: This maintenance exclusively affects internal private network and VPN configurations. Data stored on the servers remains completely unaffected.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our support team at any time.

    Dear customers,

Just before the weekend, the Linux vulnerability known as ‘Copy Fail’ – which grants attackers root privileges – came to light.

In order to preserve the security and integrity of our system infrastructure we are actively installing newly published security patches on all of our systems.

The installation of said patches requires a reboot of the systems, leading to a brief system inavailability of 60 - 90 sec.

We apologize upfront for the inconvenience and will strive to keep any service interruptions as short as possible.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our support team at any time.

    Best regards
    Your CloudLab Support Team
